Since 2024 I have been part of the Connected Arts Network, a national professional learning community led by the National Dance Education Organization. I pick a question about my own classroom, try a change, and study what happens.
Students with studio training were taking over choreography projects while others felt they did not belong. I tested Pair/Think/Create peer teaching and set group roles so every student had a real part to play.
